About Our Founder and Our Firm

In November, 2002 Mr. Kulik opened his own firm, Henry C. Kulik, Jr., CPA, LLC in Leominster, MA. The firm specializes in tax preparation, financial statements, and the resolution of tax problems for individuals, corporations, partnerships and fiduciaries. Bookkeeping and payroll services are also available.

Henry C. Kulik, JR., CPA (Manager/President)

Henry Kulik is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over thirty years of accounting experience. Mr. Kulik graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fitchburg State College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He earned his CPA and is now a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Montachusett Estate & Retirement Planning Council. Mr. Kulik was appointed to the Board of Directors at Leominster Credit Union in December, 2011. He currently serves on the audit committee. He consistently furthers his accounting and taxation knowledge with continuing professional education. In November, 2002 Mr. Kulik opened his own firm, Henry C. Maureen Ehwa (Director of Operations - QuickBooks Specialist)

Maureen Ehwa has been with the firm since it opened in November of 2002. Maureen received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Lowell. After graduating, she worked for National Technical Systems as a Technical Writer and Sales Administrator for 6 years. Prior to joining our firm, Maureen was employed by local CPA for 4 years. She resides in Leominster with her husband and two children. She enjoys attending her childrens’ dance, sports, and robotics events and spending as much time as she can at their lake camp in Maine.

Matthew Doucette (Senior Accountant/Supervisor)

Matthew Doucette, a resident of Gardner, has been with our firm since 2008. Matthew was previously employed at Seaman Paper where he worked as a millwright, as well as interning in the accounting department throughout his senior year of college. Matthew received his BS in Accounting from Fitchburg State University in the spring of 2008. Matthew is also currently working towards his CPA accreditation. Outside of work Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, spending time outdoors and working around the house.
